₹10,000 / month Internship · 2 months Remote-friendly Pune / Mumbai / Delhi / Chennai / Trivandrum / Kochi preferred College or final-year students
About the internship

This internship puts you in charge of deciding what gets built. You will turn rough ideas into specifications an engineer can build from, keep the backlog honest about what matters next, and verify that what ships is what was agreed.

You will work on live, revenue-generating products running on our internal infrastructure, sitting directly with the people writing the code.

Responsibilities
  • Specification engineering — turn rough concepts into structured specs detailing the user problem, acceptance criteria and out-of-scope parameters.
  • Backlog ownership — groom and prioritise Gitea issues to maintain clarity on upcoming milestones.
  • User insights — aggregate user interviews, support tickets and feedback triage into a ranked feature list.
  • Release governance — define "done" criteria for releases and execute pre-ship validation.
  • Data analysis — leverage product metrics (activation, retention, subscription conversion) to drive roadmap arguments.
Deliverable

By the end of the two months: a groomed and prioritised backlog the team actually works from, plus at least one feature you specified end to end, shipped and verified against its own acceptance criteria.

Required skills
  • Product sense and professional written English — most of this role is writing something precise.
  • Strong technical writing: a spec a developer can build from without a follow-up call.
  • Analytical mindset — comfortable reading product metrics and arguing from them.
  • An instinct for edge cases: "what happens if someone does the wrong thing here?"
  • Enough technical literacy to talk to engineers. You don't need to write code.
Selection
  • Apply with your CV — that is the whole application.
  • If your profile fits, we email you a short practical assignment: build a lightweight web app and write 300–500 words on the trade-off you made and the biggest edge case you hit.
  • Then one conversation, centred entirely on what you built.

₹10,000 / month Internship · 2 months Remote-friendly Pune / Mumbai / Delhi / Chennai / Trivandrum / Kochi preferred College or final-year students
About the internship

You write code that goes to production and gets used the same week. Our products run on our own infrastructure — Node.js and MongoDB behind nginx, Python crawlers feeding them, LLMs doing extraction and classification, and an Android app on top.

There is no ticket queue and no shadowing period. You take a feature, you build it, you watch it run, and you fix it when it misbehaves.

What you'll work on
  • Features end to end — backend route, data model, front end and deploy, not just a slice handed to you.
  • Data pipelines — crawlers and enrichment jobs that collect at scale and recover when a source changes.
  • LLM plumbing — extraction, classification and summarisation inside real workflows, self-hosted or API.
  • Production debugging — read the logs, reproduce it, fix the actual cause.
  • Tests that matter — cover the flows that cost money when they break.
Required skills
  • Solid programming fundamentals in any language — we care how you think, not which syntax you know.
  • JavaScript or Python, and comfort with Git.
  • Able to read code you didn't write and change it without breaking things.
  • You've built something that other people actually used, however small.
  • Nice to have: Node.js, MongoDB, REST APIs, scraping, Docker, or Android.
Deliverable

By the end of the two months: at least one feature you built running in production with real users on it, and the tests that keep it working.

Selection
  • Apply with your CV, and put a GitHub link or a live project in the Links field — for this role that matters more than the CV.
  • If it fits, we email you a small build task: something real, scoped to a few hours, judged on how you structured it rather than how much you finished.
  • Then one conversation walking through your code.

₹10,000 / month Internship · 2 months Remote-friendly Pune / Mumbai / Delhi / Chennai / Trivandrum / Kochi preferred College or final-year students
About the internship

This is a selling role, not a marketing one. You will spend your day talking to people who might buy — finding them, reaching them, qualifying them, and moving them towards a quote.

You'll work two revenue lines: wholesale equipment and spare parts, where buyers are hospitals, factories, dealers and agri-businesses placing bulk orders; and subscriptions to our own AI products. Both are real revenue with real targets, and you will see exactly what your work brought in.

If you have never sold anything before, that is fine. What we cannot teach in two months is willingness to pick up the phone.

Responsibilities
  • Prospecting — build target lists of buyers and manufacturers in each category. Find the person who decides, not the front desk.
  • First contact — call, email and WhatsApp outreach that gets a reply. You will make real calls, daily.
  • Qualifying — what they need, how many, by when, who signs off. Disqualify fast when it isn't real.
  • Quote coordination — turn a requirement into a clean RFQ our sourcing side can price, then take the quote back.
  • Follow-up discipline — most deals are won on the fourth follow-up, not the first.
  • Pipeline hygiene — every conversation logged, every opportunity with a dated next step.
Required skills
  • Comfortable on the phone with a stranger. The single most important requirement.
  • Clear spoken and written English. Hindi and/or Malayalam is a strong plus — much of this is India-facing B2B.
  • Resilience. Most people say no, and the fifth call must sound as good as the first.
  • Organised: spreadsheets, notes, follow-up dates you actually keep.
  • Honest reporting — we'd rather hear a deal is dead than watch it linger.
  • No prior sales experience required.
Deliverable

By the end of the two months: a working pipeline of at least 25 qualified opportunities you sourced yourself, and at least one deal carried from first contact through to a quote — with the numbers to prove it.

Selection
  • Apply with your CV — that is the whole application.
  • If your profile fits, we email you a short task: pick one of our equipment categories, name five specific businesses you think would buy from us with a line each on why, and write the exact first message you'd send one of them.
  • Then we talk — part conversation, part short role-play of that first call. We're listening for how you handle a "no", not for a polished script.

About the internship

We have products people would genuinely use, and almost no one has heard of them. That is your problem to solve.

You will own how we show up online: what gets posted, what gets written, and what any of it actually did to signups. This is a build-the-channel internship, not a schedule-someone-else's-posts internship — you decide the angle, make the thing, publish it, and read the numbers afterwards.

Responsibilities
  • Own the channels — plan, produce and publish across Instagram, LinkedIn, X and short-form video, at a cadence you can sustain.
  • Write — a large part of this role. Captions, posts, blog pieces, email and landing copy.
  • Prep the reels — script them, plan the shots, source or make the visuals, and cut the edit. Expect to ship reels regularly.
  • Make the rest — carousels, static posts and the occasional long-form piece. You make it, not an agency.
  • SEO — keyword research, on-page improvements and content briefs aimed at what our users actually search for.
  • Email — lifecycle emails and the occasional newsletter, and finding where people drop off.
  • Small paid experiments — test a modest budget on Meta or Google, and be honest about what it returned.
  • Measure everything — reach → visit → signup → activation, reported weekly.
Required skills
  • Strong writing in English. Good marketing is mostly good sentences.
  • Willing to make things — Canva, CapCut or equivalent. You don't need to arrive fluent; you do need to be willing to learn to cut a reel. Rough and shipped beats polished and late.
  • Genuine taste about what is worth watching or reading. We can teach tools, not taste.
  • Comfort with numbers — you should want to know whether a post did anything.
  • Being extremely online is an advantage here, not a confession.
  • Nice to have: Meta/Google Ads, Analytics, SEO tooling, or a channel of your own however small.
Do I have to be on camera?

No. This role writes and produces — scripting, editing, screen recordings, product footage, motion graphics and voiceover carry most of what we publish. Being happy on camera is a bonus, never a requirement, and it is not what we assess.

Writing is the larger half of the job. If you write well and are willing to learn to cut a reel, you are exactly who we are looking for.

Deliverable

By the end of the two months: one channel you grew with a number attached to it, a repeatable content system the next person can run, and a written view of which formats work for our audience and which quietly don't.

Selection
  • Apply with your CV, and put links to anything you've made in the Links field — a page, a channel, a reel, a newsletter. For this role that matters more than the CV.
  • If your profile fits, we email you a short task: look at one of our products, then send a two-week content plan and one finished sample you would actually publish — a written post, a carousel or a reel, whichever plays to your strength.
  • Then we talk — mostly about why you chose that angle, and how you'd tell whether it worked.

About the internship

You get two very different sales motions in one internship: subscription growth on our own AI products, and B2B outbound for our equipment supply business. Very few internships give you both, and both are measured on numbers you can point at afterwards.

Growth · consumer products
  • Own top-of-funnel: content, social, community and campus outreach.
  • Write the copy — landing pages, feature announcements, app store text and email sequences.
  • Run free-to-paid conversion on our subscription tiers: find where users drop off, test the messaging, report what actually moved.
  • Basic SEO — keyword research and on-page work.
Outbound · B2B
  • Build buyer and manufacturer lists across our equipment categories.
  • Run first-touch outreach and follow-ups, and keep live enquiries moving.
  • Prepare quote-ready summaries for the sourcing side.
  • Track the funnel weekly and present what the numbers say, not just what they are.
Deliverable

By the end of the two months: at least two complete campaigns run end to end — one consumer, one B2B — with before-and-after numbers you can show anyone.

Required skills
  • Genuinely strong written English — most of this job is writing something persuasive.
  • Comfort with spreadsheets and basic analytics; you should be able to answer "did that work?"
  • Self-starting: we give you the goal and the context, not a daily task list.
  • Malayalam and/or Hindi is a plus for the India-facing B2B outreach.
Selection
  • Apply with your CV — that is the whole application.
  • If your profile fits, we email you a short written task: pick one of our businesses and tell us in up to 500 words who the customer is and the first experiment you'd run.
  • We care far more about how you got there than whether it matches our answer.
